- It is useful to anarchists and other rebels.
- It is a text, image, audio or video, or a website or project that distributes text, images, audio or video. In particular, software is not included.
- It provides a substantial amount of information. Longer texts are preferred to shorter ones.
- It is easy to understand, i.e. it is understandable without prior knowledge of the topic it covers.
