On one occasion, he tried to push one of his targets to purchase explosives. Information he gathered helped incriminate SOAR participants.

He was identified because:

- He exhibited suspicious behavior, such as discussing illegal activities in inappropriate contexts and not stopping when asked to stop.
- An activist "saw something suspicious" on his phone.
Bindo Showan se infiltrou em grupos em Ontário, incluindo a Southern Ontario Anarchist Resistance (SOAR).
